2. Description of Service
Pinch provides a managed AI assistant platform that runs 24/7 in the cloud. Each user receives an isolated instance with persistent memory and multi-channel access.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. API Keys
You are responsible for providing and managing your own AI provider API keys. Your keys are encrypted and stored securely, used only by your personal instance.
5. Payment and Billing
Pinch is billed at $150/month. You may cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Privacy
Your use of Pinch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
7. Refunds

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
