Refund Policy
1. Subscription
Pinch is billed at $150/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To cancel, contact us at support@pinch.chat before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds may be requested by contacting support@pinch.chat. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
